REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Lucan Evaro sells digital eBooks supplied without a physical medium. No physical return is required or accepted.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at fran.rukla@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Once digital delivery has started, the eBook cannot be physically returned.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
For consumers in the European Union, digital content is subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you expressly request that digital delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Where that express consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

ACCESS PROBLEMS OR FAULTY CONTENT
If you cannot access your eBook or the file is defective, email fran.rukla@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or a refund.

REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
